Kapasitor was originally developed, coded and designed by Johari based on his own CMS (Content Management System) which was called JoCMS. For the second (2nd) version of Kapasitor , he received assistance from Farid and Fazmin for the design and rebranding of Kapasitor. For the third (3rd) version of Kapasitor, a team of administrators has been established.

JoCMS is using tinyMCE for the WYSIWYG toolbar.
