It was a super show, performed by super performers, sang by super singers, danced by super dancers, played by super musicians, directed by super director and hosted at Istana Budaya, the super stage.

It was all super, super and SUPER!!

P.Ramlee Musical from Enfiniti is a must see theatre for everyone. Above 5 stars, I’ll give them 4.5. Even though I only managed to get the cheapest ticket RM33, but the place I sat was the best place to enjoy the show. It was on the top of the hall and I can see the whole stage (and enjoyed the whole dance!)

It’s a story of Ramlee Ngah Puteh or P.Ramlee from the day he was in Penang. This musical theatre is about his love story, glorious achievements and wonderful women in his life. From Azizah, Junaidah, Norizan and Saloma. My suggestion is that you should watch this teater. If you have time, go and watch it with no hesitations.

So, here are the 5 reasons:

#1: Great dancers

They are really good in dancing. I dont know which academy they were from but they’re good.

#2: The best musics

Wow. Roslan Aziz really do his best for this. Now I have to go to buy the CD. Is it available yet?

#3: The best performers

The actors and the actresses are the right people for the right job. My favourite was the Melissa Saila (as Norizan) fighting with Ramlee (P.Ramlee). That was good. Never thought that Melissa Saila was that good. Wow!

#4: The best singers

Liza Hanim and Atilia’s voices were great. Really good. Sembah!

#5: Props and Costumes

The props used for the show were second to none. I love the part when P.Ramlee is waiting for the train from Penang to Singapore. It was like watching the real train on the stage.

It would be better if they have subtitle in Bahasa Melayu. Well, the whole play was in Bahasa Melayu and there is a screen for English subtitle but sometimes, the music is so loud that I cant hear and understand what they say without refering to the English subtitle. Tiara, next time.. put another screen for Bahasa Melayu subtitle. Thanks ;)
