Kisah Klinik Yong-the worst clinic!

Saturday, October 11th 08, I woke up as early as 7am hanya untuk melakukan medical check up which I hate so much cuz as you know-I hate drugs, hospital and clinic environment. Its just so plain, serious, smelly and God knows how grumpy the staffs are.

I drove to Lebuh Ampang, which I always pass by back in school but never know that was the street name up till yesterday! So when driving, I attempt a call to that clinic after retrieving their number from 103 looking for the landmark of the building.

A lady answered, assuming she’s Indian on her accent.

“Hi, is this clinic yong?” I asked.

“Yes clinic yong.”nada suaranya memang tak mesra la. No wonder she’s not working as a customer service officer. Tsk..tsk..

“Ok, I am heading to the clinic now, if I am somewhere near Kotaraya complex, where should I go” bila dia dah suara kerek2 cam tu, aku pun bernada serius juga dan professional (as that’s what I learn when talking to this kind of people)

“Ok, if you pass by the Masjid Jamek, on your left, its opposite HSBC bank.”she said confidently as if I know where the bank is?

“Ok, if Masjid Jamek is on my right, where should I go?” I asked a different question so that she would understand.

“Its right opposite, at Wisma MBSB” again, she’s not helping when my credit was running lower!!

“Yeah I know its at Wisma MBSB but I don’t know where Wisma MBSB is!” I raised my voice so that she would know how urgent my call is cuz I was still driving going nowhere but further away.

“Its opposite Masjid Jamek, nearby HSBC bank” that’s it! Not intending to help me further so I just said “ok” and hung up.

Yeah kena pusing balik here and there, sesat sekejap then finally saw HSBC bank. Kan senang cakap the bank is behind Masjid Jamek ?Ergh..so then park the car nearby and walk up to the 6th floor at WIsma MBSM opposite a bank.

Masuk2 I smile (although still pissed off with that lady) and I saw 3 lady inside the counter. 1 malay lady, 1 indian, and 1 chinese (she was browsing the internet btw) and nobody greeted me? WTF?

Ok then I stood infront of the counter barulah the malay lady datang depan counter, so I told her about the medical check up, she past me the registration card and walked away. While I was filling up the card, the Indian lady spoke arrogantly,

“You yang tadi call ye??” waiting for me to say yes so that she can shoot me cuz I humiliate her on the phone just now- I presume.

“Call? Takde pun?”sambil membuat muka tak bersalah aku menjawab. Aku tau dia tau aku tipu, tapi peduli apa, tua ke muda..dah rdia rude so aku pun rude jugak..im not going to be sweet!

Once dah buat few test, the Indian lady call me ( I was wondering tak ada orang lain ke nak assist aku???)

She asked me to follow her, so I did. When following her, she stopped dekat 1 indian girl yang tengah baca magazine kat patient’s seat.

So what do you expect me to do? Wait behind of her and listen to their conversation????

I know she purposely did that to annoy me, so I ignored her and went inside a room. She was waiting for me to do that and said,

“Eh dik, nak pergi mana?” she said wanting me to wait for her to talk!

Bloody b****! So aku buatla muka selamba roamed the room and then only I came out and follow her.

After all the tests were done, one of the Malay nurse (or should I say assistant?) asked me to take a seat, so I sat and baca a magazine (an old one!) waited for few minutes and they have a chit chat on Shah Rukh Khan dapat pingat dato’..wtf?

Then only the Malay lady realized I should go back by now and said, “Dik..dah boleh balik”..

I just walked out without saying thanks or smile. Honestly, yang aku tak faham, eventhough I may look young (credit for me actually) but why are these kind of idiots treating youngsters like we are trash? Talking to us macam diorang ni kerja government??

I know that the clinic has numerous amount of massive companies making this clinic as a panel clinic which was why I came here (without any consent of my guts at the first place!), but they should not take patients for granted and treated us like we have no feelings! After all, what can they get from behaving like a b*****?

I have experience working in a clinic and a pharmacy before, I never ever treated a customer/patient that way unless they started making a fuss!

Moral of the story: I hope this clinic will get a penalty or complaints are lodged to them! And hell no Im not going there anymore!!!
