Kapasitor EN: Bulletin April 2009

Ermm…hi! (smallish wave and nervous grin). OK…urmm..hi…blake_zane!

Ok I know I know, my bad, my mistake, my wrong yeah, you can all list it down here. The thing is, I’ve always been caught up with work. You know, when you practically are dating, engaged and married to your work, there’s nothing else that you can think about except for work, work, work and more work.

 Fine, that was more than exaggeration. One will be sorely tempted to just brand my head with hot iron bearing the word ’Drama Queen’.

  Nevertheless, despite the fact that this is the fourth month in 2009 and also entering the second quarter of the year, I still would like to take this opportunity to say hi and welcome to a new chapter. Hey! It’s the thought that counts, right? (I’m sensing defensive fingers typing rapidly on the keyboard.)

  Getting to the point (there is one actually. I have the tendency to ramble and I know that’s not news), as I now have access to Internet (registered, owned and to be paid by yours truly, not illegally taking from some unknown neighbors) …ok let me retype that. Confused by brackets.

  Getting to the point, as I now have access to the Internet, it is hoped that from this moment on (please take a look at the clock at the right hand corner of your screen), that I will try my very best to have better communication with the readers and contributors. Unfortunately, this will also involve a lot of unimportant rambling as well as I’ve noticed how I’ve grown into a maiden aunt. Ouh, the writing will come on behalf of the other moderators too.

  On behalf of the team, I would like to express our greatest gratitude to those that have been posting, commenting and rating the articles in the English section. Seeing this major transition brought tears to my eyes. Although I may not be able to comment and reply promptly, believe me I do read it. Just bear with the slight delay though.

  I can’t name each and every person who has contributed to the section. To start naming you, the stars, will be do a great injustice because there’s a possibility that I might just miss names. My memory sucks, so does geography, time management, sense of direction …well, basically everything. But honestly, it’s really an honour and great to see that they are many writings, articles and poems in the section. And seriously, the masterpieces are really good. I’m not going to reveal too much. Maybe in May 2009, perhaps.

  So, before I go and before the coming few days of the end of April 2009 (and that means my paycheck too, yeay! And I’m aware that I was just being pathetic), I would like to thank blake_zane for her cry gave me the idea to write this. And again to the MS Guardian for supporting me (and dabs eyes just act to the effect of Drama Queen).

  And maybe we will meet again soon. Maybe not. I mean, depends on your definition of soon. OK I got to stop before I rambled more. See ya!
