10 Things to List Because I'm a Noob

Hehe.. I hope the title doesn't offend anybody. Just for fun :P Well, since I'm new here - and it looks like Kapasitor's unique tradition to list down 10 facts about yourself as a way to introduce yourself; here goes mine:

1 - Name: Virtually, I always use "rearrange" and/or its variation (e.g [re-arrange], re-arrange, rearrange68) as screen name since 16 years old. The nickname was inspired/affiliated from Limp Bizkit song - Rearranged. One way or another, if you see any of the variation of that nick online somewhere, it is most likely would be me.

In reality, people called me with different name depending on when they first met me. Those who first met me in university and above call me "Adek" (again, with variation of spelling - "Adeq" or "Adik"). Reason being I was the smallest in term of physical and youngest in term of date of birth.

Those who first met me in high school would called me "Toin-toin". HAHA. There's also a story but.. well this post would be too long then.

3 - Job and education background: Currently I'm working in software industry as IT specialist. Fancy job title aside; my job is to give technical support (like CallCenter but different method of delivery) specifically for database product. Company? The Big Blue.

Got my higher education locally in UTP and previously attended school in MRSM Jasin.

5 - Interest: Quite a lot to be recalled, actually. And it always changed, too - depending on mood (I'm much of a mood swinger). But, one that sticks is reading.

You might think that because I work in IT, I have interests in it too. Fact is, it's getting boring for me. It  may be true when people says that "once a hobby become your job, its no longer fun.."

7 - Favourite reading: Mystery novel. Crime novel. One that have murder. I love Agatha Christie's books since I first read "The Murder of ABC" years ago. I find the psychological human nature and mystery interesting.

I am not into politics books anyway. I hate politics due to its dirty nature.

9 - Bad habits: Cigarettes. And nocturnal. Enough said.

2- Why join Kapasitor: The schema answer is to learn how to write better. The "not-so-schema" answer is escapism. Methink I express myself better in writing rather than speaking. And when routine life being too hectic, writing can be sort of soothing.

I have a dream to be a writer too. But being realistic, I'll start slowly and Kapasitor just the right platform for my purpose of escapism.

4 - Favourite number: 68. Cina kata manyak ong lo!

6 - Status: Currently single. HAHA.

8 - Hates: Politics and complex things that seems cannot be explained in simple term. I am a straightly direct kinda guy. If A=1, then Ax = x. Else, A is not 1.

10 - Misc. Advise: Don't do/answer tags. Normally, if there's a specific set of question, it's being derived from the Secret Question of a system to retrieve your password. Reverse psychologically, people who ask others to do tags may have intention to hack into your personal online account of any system.
