New Part-Timers Calls for short-term projects!

Assalamualaikum all.

I hope this annoucement finds you well.
I'm looking for a part-time graphic designer to help with the creation of adverts and banner.
My friend currently helping me now with conference website, brochure etc as well as task burden from office. Very few time left to cover all. (Kesian dia.)

Design purpose: Upcoming conferences:
1- 12th to 15th, July 2010
2- 28th to 29th, June 2010

Basically, promotional cycle start approximately 10 weeks before the event's date.
If We agree with all terms, the only thing I had to submit are the addendums files and guide for Media Partners.
Kindly keep the original source file i.e FTP so we can amend the file from a Pdf if necessary.

There are a few things that I would like to bring to your attention though before a YES
- graphic & design background - familiar with those software
- familiar with HTML coding (advantage)
- can deliver artworks on time (ini penting, sebab saya pun kejar dateline)
- tahan banting/ stress (ini juga penting, sebab saya agak cerewet sampai anda terasa nak vodoo saya. oi?)
