Ouh So Lumpy Me: At Work

 

1st Situation:

Caller: May I know who is on the line please?

Me: This is Sha speaking.

Caller: How do you spell that?

Me: Sierra, Hotel Oscar.

Caller: *laughs. So it is Sho?

Me: Alamak sorry! It is Sierra, Hotel, Alpha.

How can people get confused with their names? Sometimes I am just surprised with me. 

2nd Situation:

I sat on my desk in front of the computer but have already gone out of the system.

Shar: What's up with you? Have been swallowing chalks lately?

Me: No. A client just called and I think i delivered something wrong.

Shar: It's OK. The next time she calls just tell her this = Well miss, humans are not perfect. We make mistakes.

Me and Kevin laughs out loud.

Me: Stupid. Then, if she continues to yell just tell her 'God says that we should be content with everything that we have'?  Those are the words I should use to put you down.

Kevin and Shar laughed, in chorus.  I just shrugged. I do not know whether to feel happy due to Shar's joke or quit the job. Ha ha!

    Caller: This is En Syed from bolebla sdn. bhd.

    En Saad: huik? 

    En Saad transfer the call to En Said.

    En Saad: En Said, En Syed from bolebla. sdn bhd is on the line. 

    En Said : wtf?
