BIGGEST FEAR vs BIGGEST EXPECTATION

            My biggest fear is death. I don’t know why I’m so afraid of death but so far I’ve witnessed a few gruesome deaths of people. One of them which I couldn’t ever forget is seeing the dead burnt bodies of a family in my village because they were unable to go out of their home when that home were on fire. Their dead bodies were found in a position where all of them hug each other.  I really don’t want to be in circumstances like that where I’m sure I will be dead when I’m in the middle of frightening situation such as in a fire or drowning during tsunami or stabbed in the chest by a mugger or involved in a horrible road accident. Furthermore, I always heard people say death is a torturing pain that makes the soul shouts and cries in agony.

            My biggest expectation is I will become a medical doctor who would find a cure to a disease that so far is believed can’t be cured like HIV and AIDS. I believe that every illness has its own cure but a lot of the cure isn’t been found yet. I’m expecting that one fine day I could be someone who will be remembered in medical field and could contribute to the society worldwide from the day I found the cure until long after my body decomposes. This huge expectation is a product of my confidence and my efforts in studying hard all this while. It’s all about contributing to medical field and society so I’m not saying that I expect to win a Noble Prize by this.
